In Memory of Flower |

In loving memory of a true hero...Flower. Flower was seized by humane officers in Stafford County, VA along with a large group of Morgans in 1990 and transported to the Equine Rescue League. Flower was not expected to survive the first night. But she not only survived, she flourished with love and care and was then adopted by Amanda Draper who has loved, cherished and shared her life with Flower for the past 10 years. Flower has always perservered against great odds, but she lost the fight to liver disease on January 27th when she was humanely euthanized. We have wished her safely to the rainbow bridge to run free from the pain and suffering she endured at times in this world. We will never forget her inspirational life and enduring spirit. Hidden Haven Farm is home to 3 of Flower's relatives from the Stafford County Morgan case and we will be hosting a service of remembrance for Flower in the near future. God has called home a most magnificent horse....Flower, we love and miss you. Until we meet again.....
